Frequently Asked Questions

Who do you tend to work with in therapy?

My current specialty is serving teens and college students who are smart, take challenging classes, and get good grades but want to enjoy more confidence, happiness, and healthy friendships.

I tend to work best therapeutically with people who are struggling with forms of anxiety (such as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, specific phobias), stress, trauma, or depression.

Since I'm licensed as a psychologist in California, I can only be a therapist for people who are current residents living in California.
